What Sets Our Family Law Attorneys Apart From Others

There are A LOT of family law attorneys in Phoenix. There are even more divorce attorneys when you expand your search to the Valley. Some attorneys dabble in Family Law as part of their practices, and others (like us) focus solely on Family Law. Our firm is just one of what seems like endless options when going through a divorce or child custody battle. However, there is one thing that sets us apart from most divorce attorneys that we have found makes a huge difference in our cases: We value family.

All three of our family law attorneys have their own families, and we are all at different stages in life. Some of us have adult children and have been married for many years, while others are just starting their families. Some of us grew up with our family unit intact, while some of us did not, and when we experienced divorce in our own families, it was also in different stages of life, giving us different perspectives to be able to help our own clients today (whether their children are off to college or still riding in car seats).

Everyone has their own story and their own family dynamic, but the difference is that we are not jaded by our experiences or by others. We value children and what it means for them to have a safe and happy childhood. We value parents’ mental health and the load they carry while going through a divorce or custody dispute. We also value relationships outside of the home, like grandparents or other extended family members, if those people are bonded with the children and bring them joy, love, and a sense of safety while they’re in a high-conflict situation.

Valuing our own families has allowed us to appreciate and respect our clients and their families for what they are going through rather than treating it like just another case. We truly care.
